Role: I’m Jessica Harris, Senior Associate with the Apparatus team. I specialize in delivering full-spectrum accounting support for our clients—from bookkeeping and reconciliations to financial strategy and systems development. With two decades of diverse accounting and client-facing experience, I enjoy guiding construction business owners toward clearer financials and thoughtful financial decisions.

Education: BS in Human Development, Oregon State University (Cum Laude); AS in Accounting, Central Piedmont Community College

Certifications: QuickBooks® Online ProAdvisor

Background: Throughout my career, I’ve developed a broad and deep portfolio of experience: managing complex accounting conversions, leading CPA teams, and consulting for land development, general contractors, and small businesses via my own firm, Magnolia Ways Accounting Co. My expertise includes reconciliations, payroll, AIA billing, job costing for construction, tax filings (in past roles), and designing streamlined accounting systems. I’m currently pursuing my Enrolled Agent license so I can represent clients before the IRS and further extend my tax support capabilities in the future.

Interests: Outside of work, I love being active—spending time with family, staying fit, and traveling. I’m a lifelong learner with a passion for organization, efficiency, and continuous growth.
