The Senior Associate Concept
Our goal is to ensure that you get the best results for your business and make the best use of the precision set of contractor-specific books we have developed on your behalf and are maintaining for you.
The foundation of our client support model is the concept of a Senior Associate…a trained construction bookkeeping professional assigned to you and your company. Most of our Senior Associates have a four-year degree in accounting, and several have additional MBA training. You’ll meet your Senior Associate in your first Apparatus Bootcamp™ meeting, and they’ll be with you every step of the way as long as you are an Apparatus Client.
Weekly Client Check-In™ Zoom® Meeting
As part of being an Apparatus client, your Senior Associate will arrange a weekly recurring Zoom® meeting with you and your team. In this weekly one-hour meeting, your Senior Associate will do a screen-share with you and show you your company’s books in real time. Together, you and your Senior Associate will review what IS and is NOT working and where you need help, training, or customization of your bookkeeping, payroll, or reporting toolset. The key to our Client Check-In™ meetings is that the benefits are cumulative…the discussions you have with your Senior Associate in one meeting benefit all future meetings, and the changes your Senior Associate makes on your behalf have a bigger impact on your bookkeeping system and how you apply it as time goes on. These meetings can include any or all of your key staff.
Anytime Deep-Dive Zoom® Meeting
Have a specific time-sensitive topic that can’t wait for the Weekly Client Check-In™? Contact your Senior Associate and schedule a 30-minute Zoom® meeting at a time that works for you. In this meeting, your Senior Associate will screen-share with you and show you your books. They’ll run ad-hoc reports, make adjustments, resolve open issues, or address your questions, all in the privacy of a one-on-one Zoom® call.
