Apparatus CRM Support ensures that your BuilderTrend®, CoConstruct®, ServiceFusion® or other construction-centered CRM system communicates continuously and accurately with your Apparatus QuickBooks® Online bookkeeping system.
We do the extra work to establish and maintain the “handshake” between your CRM and the bookkeeping system we maintain on your behalf so you get the power of a construction CRM and the bookkeeping accuracy you need.
Our fee for CRM Support is $200.00 per month, regardless of the brand of construction CRM tool you employ. This fee is the same for our Start!, Grow!, and Scale! clients.
This service is required if you plan to use a construction CRM system in conjunction with your Apparatus bookkeeping service.
This service is best for contracting companies that need the power of a construction CRM platform and want this CRM to communicate directly with their Apparatus-maintained QuickBooks® Online bookkeeping toolset.
Apparatus Microscope™ gives you much more detail about where your direct labor, materials, subcontractor, and equipment charges accumulate in your projects.
The Start!, Build!, Grow! and Scale! Levels of our Operations Advantage Program™ automatically provide you with cost tracking for labor, materials, subcontractor, and equipment costs at a project level.
For contracting businesses that need very detailed reporting of where labor, materials, subcontractor, and equipment costs are accumulating, we offer Apparatus Microscope™. With Apparatus Microscope™ you’ll have cost tracking at a deep level – with labor, material, subcontractor, and equipment cost tracking not just by project, but at the task level.
Need to know how much labor, material, subcontractor, and equipment charges were spent for a given project in the framing phase, or the insulation phase, or the electrical rough-in phase? You’ll want to add Apparatus Microscope™ to your monthly Operations Advantage Program™ service subscription.
Our fee for the optional Apparatus Microscope™ service is $200.00 per month for Start! clients, $400.00 per month for Grow! clients, and $600.00 per month for Scale! clients.

Our Catch-Up Bookkeeping service is available only to Apparatus clients who have enrolled in our Apparatus Operations Advantage™ program.
Our catch-up bookkeeping services can help you get your books fully up-to-date…you’ll even have tax-ready financials to hand to your CPA!
With our catch-up bookkeeping, we’ll get your books up to date by doing the following:
1.) Entering all your sales and deposits for your past years;
2.) Entering all your business expenses for your past years;
3.) Reconciling your business bank and credit card accounts for your past years;
4.) Generating an income statement and balance sheet for each past year.
With these reports in hand, you’ll be able to have your CPA file your taxes for those past years. Just think… headache gone!
Our fee is based on the number of months of catch-up bookkeeping you need us to complete for your business.
Our fee for catch-up bookkeeping is $150.00 per month for our Start! clients, $200.00 per month for our Grow! clients, and $250.00 per month for our Scale! clients.
This service is best for contracting companies that need prior invoices, deposits, bills, and payments properly reflected in their existing books.
